The Happiness Project

The aim of this study is to understand the effects on happiness,
of practising various activities over time.

By agreeing to participate in this study, you will be asked to perform a number of activities that may include:
- Performing an activity that may take up to a few hours of your time
- Completing a questionnaire about general feelings of happiness and wellbeing, before and after the project
- Once per week, being asked via email to provide a short response to a question, over a period of 1 to 6 months
Your participation is entirely voluntary and you may withdraw at any time, including any information provided, without giving any reasons.

To thank you for your participation, on completion of the final questionnaire, you will be entered into a draw for 1 of 6 $50 vouchers (your choice of a Westfield shopping voucher or a fuel voucher)

By completing this questionnaire it will be understood that you have consented to participate in the project, and to publication of the results, with the understanding that anonymity will be preserved.
The results of the project may be published, and you may be assured of the complete confidentiality of data gathered in this investigation: the identity of participants will not be made public. To ensure anonymity and confidentiality, any information that may identify you (for entry into the voucher draw) will be held securely and separately from other data you may provide, with access restricted to the principal researcher.
